How to Reset your Password: Changing a Parkonect User’s Password

Super Users can select an already existing user and change their password from the Team tab and Users option in the Parkonect Admin Portal.



  1. As a Super User, click the Team tab at the upper part of the screen > then click the Users option.







  1. Search for the user with any of the box parameters given > and click the Change Password button when the desired result appears.






  1. A pop-up screen will appear > Input the new password in the corresponding field and repeat in the field below > then click the Update button.




New Passwords must contain the characteristics detailed in the description for the user to be updated: at least 8 characters, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.
