If you are experiencing issues with your network connection or with the Bluetooth connection to your printer, some of the network settings on your iPhone or iPad may be corrupted. This guide will assist you in resetting the device's network settings.
- On your iPhone or iPad, launch the Settings application.
- Scroll down and tap on the General menu option.
- Scroll to the bottom of this screen and tap the Reset option.
- From the reset menu, select the option Reset Network Settings.
- If your device has a passcode, enter it when prompted. If the device does not prompt you for a passcode, continue to the next step.
- Tap Reset Network Settings again to confirm your selection.
All set!
Your device will now restart. Once it has restarted, you will need to reconnect to any WiFi networks and to your Bluetooth printer.
