Ballparc How to Deactivate a Location

This guide will assist you in case you need to remove a location that is no longer active or that will not be used again. Multiple locations can be deactivated at one time if you choose to do so.

Once you log into the Management Portal, you will land on the Locations page. Hold down the Control key (Windows) or the Command key (Mac) and select the location(s) to be deactivated.

After you select a location, the line will turn light yellow to show it is selected.
Continue to hold down the Control or Command key while selecting multiple locations to deactivate more than one location at a time.

Once you have selected the correct locations(s), click the purple action icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Select Deactivate Lot from the list of options. A prompt will appear to confirm that you want to deactivate the selected locations(s). Click OK to continue.

All set!

Your location(s) are now deactivated. They will no longer appear in your lists or have the ability to be selected.
