Login Requirements
The organization code is assigned at implementation and is required to direct the user to their BackOffice.
- Username/Password: This is created by the organization administrator.
- Time zone: This parameter ensures that time is converted to the specified time zone.
- Stay Logged in: This option will leave the user logged in. It is not recommended for security purposes.
- Forgot Password: Only users configured with an email address will be able to use the forgot password link to reset their password.
Announcements
This section provides information to the user and is available upon login. The message could be system-wide or specifically directed to an organization. As messages are added, the newest message will always appear at the top.
Navigating the Backoffice
The BackOffice menu contains a variety of modules depending on what the organization uses. Possible menu options are as follows:
- Notices
- Activity
- Location
- Reports
- Mobile Devices
- Routes
- Security
- Options
- Recovery Notices
