HOW TO REPRINT A SHIFT REPORT
OVERVIEW
When an attendant logs out of the Event app at the end of their shift, a report summarizing all transactions is automatically printed. This guide will assist you in reprinting a shift report in the event there is an error in printing the report from the app.
- Click the chevron icon in the top left corner of your screen to display the main menu.
- Hover over the Event icon and select the Reports option from the yellow menu.
- Specify the report criteria to match the shift.
- Specify the Start Date and End Date for the report. The dates should be set to the date for which the shift report is needed.
- You can specify a Start Time and End Time if you want to narrow the information down to a specific period of time. Otherwise, leave these fields blank and all activity on the selected date(s) will be shown.
- Choose the Location for which the attendant was selling tickets during the shift.
- Select the Attendant whose shift report you wish to reprint.
- Click the View by Summary icon to display transaction totals instead of individual transactions. This is how the shift report is presented when printed from the device.
- Specify the Start Date and End Date for the report. The dates should be set to the date for which the shift report is needed.
- Click the Update icon to retrieve the shift report.
- You can use the icons in the bottom right corner of the screen to print the shift report or export it to Excel, a CSV file, or a PDF file.
