HOW TO REDEEM A DIGITAL VALIDATION AT THE GARAGE

If a Parker arrives at the garage with a digital validation QR code, follow these instructions at check-out: 

  1. Scan the claim check with the barcode scanner
  2. Scan the validation QR code with the barcode scanner to apply the rate. The rate will then be applied to that parking stay.
  3. Complete the checkout process

The validation is not working. Help!

Note: It may take up to 3 minutes for a validation to be applied to a ticket after it has been issued. You can force check to see if there is a validation for a ticket using the instructions below:


If validation is not working at the garage, try the following troubleshooting steps: 

Confirm you are following the exact steps described in How to Redeem a Digital Validation at the Garage

Try force-checking to see if a validation exists for a ticket. To do this, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to Ultra POS
  2. Scan the claim check with the barcode scanner
  3. Select Digital Validations button on Ultra POS
  4. Check to see if the rate was applied

IMPORTANT!!! Be sure to provide the following in your email:


1. Date and Time when the error occurred. This is very important!


2. Ticket # which can be found on the claim check.


3. Validation # which can be found on the validation QR code web page. 


4. Please provide any screenshots or errors you received.
