BackOffice: Adjusting Notices Without a Dispute User Guide

1. Login to the BackOffice: https://backoffice.us1.omnipark.com/




2. On the main menu, Select Notices, then Search Notices.





3. Notices can be searched by Notice Number, Plate Number, or by an Advanced Search with dates (Click on the Advanced bar to expand).


 

 

4. Once you locate the Notice, click on the Actions gear icon to the left and click View.


5. At the bottom of this page, select the Details tab and click on the Yellow Add Adjustment button.





6. Fill in the required fields. 

  1. Note: to adjust a ticket down, you must put a minus sign (-) before the amount and include decimal points.
  2. For example, to bring a ticket from $75 to $25, put -50.00 in the Amount



       c. Hit Save.




7. The reduction amount will know show as an adjustment on the Details tab.



 

8. To see the change at your paymynotice site, use the Notice Number and Plate Number to see the adjustment that the parker will now see.
