Arrive + PARCS: MultiPass

MULTIPASS

The Arrive Multipass offers the ability to use a QR code at a Flash PARCS location as an access credential. The Multipass QR codes provide free parking for the customer. It has a customizable configuration through the ParkWhiz Admin Console and can be set up to allow one or more parking sessions within a set of constraints (e.g. number of uses, start/end times). Multipasses provide a solution for events and season passes, or anytime you need to provide complimentary parking for some customers while operating in prepay mode.

How It Works

The customer is supplied with a Multipass QR code (by the means of the operator) and will scan their Arrive Multipass QR code on the entry kiosk to vend the gate. When they are ready to leave, they scan the QR code on the exit kiosk to be allowed out.

Note: Scanning on Entry is not required, a customer can get a Transient ticket on entry, and then scan the ticket on Exit followed by the Arrive Multipass to bypass payment.

4. Complete the specific multipass fields.

Pause Multipass

Instead of deleting a Multipass without an option to recover the codes, you could pause it and from that moment any code won’t be supported at any location. At any point you could uncheck the pause box and assuming other configurations don’t limit the usage you’ll be able to use the codes that were generated already.

Click on the save button and the multipass is ready to go with the following tabs:

  • Details: General and specific multipass details.
  • Codes: Shows on the tab the number of QR codes that were generated for this multipass. There is an option to add new QR codes, and download and view them from this tab.
  • Bookings: View a list of all the multipass QR codes that were used entry/exit.
  • Active tickets: View a list of all the multipass QR codes that are active (only scanned in).

Download Multipass QR CODE

Once the Multipass is configured, select the Codes tab to view/download the multipass QR codes.

The Arrive Admin console does not offer the an option to send the downloaded QR codes to users. Providing the QR Codes to parkers is completed by the operators' terms.
