SMS NOTIFICATION PROCESS WITH TICKETLESS VALET
1. Give the valet attendant your mobile number. You must have this mobile phone with you. 2. Your number is not shared with any third party or for any other purpose besides retrieving your vehicle. The mobile number is not visible in the Flash Valet app or in reporting. 3. You will receive a text message listing your Valet Ticket Number and instructions on requesting your vehicle when you’re ready to leave.
4. Reply to the message with the word CAR to initiate a vehicle request and mobile payment option. 5. You will receive an automated text confirming the request was successful with a link to pay via a mobile platform. 6. Once the valet accepts your vehicle request, you will receive a follow-up confirmation text with a retrieval quote time. | ||
If you were given a reusable customer card: 1. Scan the QR code on the card; it will redirect you to the SMS app with the ticket number pre-typed for the valet's dedicated number. 2. Send. | ||
If you choose to pay via mobile, the app will redirect to the mobile platform. | ||
1. Accept the Terms and Conditions. 2. (Optional) Choose a receipt format. 3. Tap Continue. 4. Choose from previously stored cards on file or enter a new card number. 5. Select Enter New Card > tap Pay with Credit Card> input card details to save a new card. 6. (Optional) Select the box to Save my card for future use > Continue. 7. Tap Pay with Card to complete payment. 8. Successful transaction confirmation will display. 9. The SMS message can be used as a claim ticket for vehicle retrieval. | ||
Additional Notification Options
No Key Fob When selected this option sends an SMS notifying the customer about having the Key Fob with them. It is a preconfigured message that cannot be changed. | |
Message Broadcasting Parking Operators can send a message to all ticketless parkers notifying them of any change or urgent message regarding parking facilities. |
