VALET MOBILE PAYMENTS
Flash Valet Mobile Payments is an optional feature allowing valet customers to pay the valet fee via the Flash Mobile platform with a credit card.
How to Initiate the Mobile Payment Process
1. The customer opens the text messaging application on a mobile phone or scans the QR code on the provided valet ticket with the mobile device camera. 2. Input the valet ticket number into the body of the message and send the message to the phone number printed on the valet tickets. | |
3. Valet accepts the new text request in the Flash Valet app and selects an approximate number of minutes the vehicle retrieval will take. | |
4. Customer receives a confirmation text message with a wait time and a link to pay. 5. Tap on the link provided to open a secure website to pay. | |
6. Accept the Terms and Conditions. 7. (Optional) Choose a receipt format. 8. Tap Continue. | |
9. Choose from previously stored cards on file or enter a new card number. 10. Select Enter New Card > tap Pay with Credit Card> input card details to save a new card. 11. (Optional) Select the box to Save my card for future use > Continue. | |
12. Tap Pay with Card to complete payment. 13. Successful transaction confirmation will display. |
