IMPORT VIP LIST
OVERVIEW
1. Scroll to the bottom of this article and download the VIP List Import Template.
- Navigate to the downloads section of your computer and open the file using Excel.
2. Enter your VIP list information according to the fields starting in row 2 of the spreadsheet. Do not rearrange the order of the columns, and remember to delete the sample data before uploading.
- First Name (required)
- Last Name (required)
- Company (optional)
- Phone (optional)
- Email Address (optional)
- VIP Type (optional): An internal field that allows you to create a "note" of the VIP type or purpose (e.g. Sponsor or Volunteer)
- Allowed Redemptions (required): The number of times that this person is allowed to enter the event
3. Once all of your data has been entered, save the spreadsheet in an easy to find location so that it can be imported into the Management Portal.
4. Click the chevron icon in the top left corner of your screen to display the main menu.
5. Hover over the Event icon and select the VIP List option from the yellow menu.
6. Select the event for which you would like to create a VIP list and click the green check mark.
7. Select the purple actions icon in the lower left corner.
- Choose the Import VIP List option from the list.
8. An import pop up will appear. Select the Choose File button.
- Find the Excel spreadsheet that was saved in step 3 and select Open.
9. Once you have selected the correct spreadsheet, click the Import button.
All set!
The records entered on the spreadsheet will now be imported into the VIP list.
