RATE CODES

Rate Codes are the monthly fees linked to parker profiles to build a recurring monthly invoice. To access rate code options, follow the steps below.

 

  1. On the left menu, click Settings.
  2. In the Listing tab that opens by default, click Edit next to the location you want to adjust the settings of.
  3. At the top, click Rate Codes.

 


Continue below based on the action you want to take.

 

Edit A Rate Code

 To make changes to an existing rate code, follow the steps below.

  1. On the left side of the rate code you want to adjust, click Edit.
  2. Make any changes, then click Update Rate Code.

 

Delete A Rate Code

 To delete a rate code, follow the steps below.

  1. On the right side of the rate code you want to delete, click the red trash can icon.
  2. In the window that opens, click Delete Rate Code to confirm. If the rate code is linked to a parker’s profile, a new rate code must be manually added to the profile.

 

Search For A Rate Code

 In the Search field, enter any saved criteria associated with the rate code.



 

Add A New Rate Code




1. To add a new rate code, follow the steps below.

 

2. On the left menu, click Settings.


3. Next to the location you want to add a rate code to, click Edit.


4. On the right, click Add New Rate Code


5. In the Rate Code Name field, enter a name for the rate code. This name appears on the Monthly Portal site.


6. In the Base field, enter the fee amount.


7. In the Tax Percent field, set the applied tax percentage, if applicable.


8. In the “Visibility to the public on your portal” field, choose one of the options below to set how the rate code is displayed on the customer-facing website.


  • Display: Rate code name and amount is displayed.

 

  • Hide: Rate code name and amount are not displayed.

 

  • Show rate option, but place “Call for pricing” as price: Rate code name is displayed, but “Call for pricing” is listed as the amount.

 

  • Waitlist: Use this setting if there are a limited number of rate codes and none are currently available. This puts the customer on a waitlist to be approved later.

 

9. In the Assigned Category field, choose an available category.

 

10. Click Add Rate Code.
