The Reports menu has many options that can be tailored to give user-specific report results.

Report Options

The user has the option to choose between the type of report they would like to see, Event Sales or Employee Shifts. These selections can be toggled in the top left corner of the screen.

The Event Sales option allows the user to see information on specific events or locations whereas the Employee Shifts option shows the clock-in and clock-out details of selected employees depending on the location or event chosen.

Filter Options

The first filter option to set is the Range, the Start Date, End Date, Start Time and End Time will narrow your search results down to a specific period of time.

Locations can be selected individually or the user can choose to Select All, if the user wants to select multiple lots they can do so by holding down the Control key (Windows) or the Command key (Mac) and clicking the locations they wish to display.

Attendants can be selected in the same way as locations, anything that is inactive will display in light grey italicized font at the bottom of the list.

View by Options

Users also have the option to view these reports by Event instead of by Location, to toggle between these options look for the View By icons in the top right corner of the screen. Selecting view by event will change the report filters.

Once the wanted report filters have been set, they must be applied for the information to display. To do this select the red-orange Update icon at the bottom of the report screen.

To clear all of the filters from the report selection, choose the yellow Reset icon instead.

Users have additional display options on the bottom left side of the screen. To display a summarized version of the report details, select the first icon View by Summary.

The Cash Only icon will display only the cash details of the report, Credit Only will display only the credit sales.

Barcodes/Hang Tags Only will display any tickets that were processed using ParkWhiz, Click and Park or Hang Tags, the type will display in the grid determining which method was selected.
