Flash Valet: Issue Valet Monthly Tickets

MONTHLY VALET TICKETS

Flash offers a Monthly module that allows monthly account holders to utilize valet services with a reusable barcoded credential. Prior to scanning in a Monthly Valet user, a monthly account must be created in the Flash Admin portal with set credentials. The Valet Monthly module can be used in conjunction with a gated Flash PARCS facility with an inside or outside valet operation

How to Issue a Valet Monthly Ticket

1. Scan the Monthly barcoded credential using the built-in camera scanner or attached scanning device. Credential Options Keytag  Vehicle Window decal  Customer Card
2. From the "What would you like to do?" menu select the customer's vehicle name. A monthly account could potentially have multiple vehicles associated with their account.
3. Select the customer's name from the Contact list.
4. Enter any additional details needed for valet operations. The Monthly account details will automatically populate based on the account setup. Assigned Account Info Options Name Vehicle Make/Model/Color License Plate and State Assigned Key or Parking Spot 5. Tap Done to issue the ticket and proceed with the key check-in process.
