Residents can request their vehicles via SMS. If the account has only one vehicle listed under it, the request will be made specifically for this vehicle, however, if an account has multiple vehicles linked to it, the customer will be able to choose any of the available vehicles during their SMS interaction
Residents can request their vehicle anytime, even when no active session exists. A request for a vehicle will result in the valet being notified with the requested vehicle's information.
Requests from a POF (Pay On Foot) station will not be possible if the resident hasn't checked in with the valet. The valet attendant must have created a session previously for residents to request their vehicle in this way.
How To Request a Residential Vehicle
Single Vehicle Accounts
The customer texts the word "Car" to the garage’s dedicated number. This triggers an automated response through SMS and notifies the Valet attendant of the vehicle request.
When accepted by the Valet, the customer will be notified of their vehicle’s request by the name of the vehicle in the system. The valet will give an estimated delivery time, which will be sent to the customer via SMS.
In the case of the valet rejecting the request due to high volume or any other reason, the customer will receive an automatic message notifying them that the request could not be made.
Multiple Vehicles Accounts
The process for multiple vehicle accounts remains the same, with the distinction that the customer will have multiple options to select the vehicle that they wish to request.
