HOW TO ASSIGN PROX CARDS (RFID CARDS) TO MONTHLY PARKERS
Monthly parkers can conveniently enter and exit gated parking facilities using a Prox Card linked to their account. This card provides seamless access to designated parking areas and can also be used to open Pedestrian Access Doors.
Requirements
- Prox Card
- Facility Code:
The Facility Code is a 3-digit number that appears at the beginning of an RFID tag ID. It is formatted as:
[Facility Code]:[Card ID Number]. For example, 183:123456.
You can usually find the Facility Code printed on the RFID card box or listed in your order receipt. When ordering new cards from Flash, they typically use the same Facility Code as your current cards, unless that code is unavailable.
If the Facility Code is not listed, you can identify it by scanning one of the cards at a kiosk. Then, visit https://flashlog.flashparking.com/ and check the kiosk logs for the scan time. The card’s Facility Code will appear in the Item column with an Activity message of "NFC Tag Not Found."
- Facility Code:
Duplicate monthly access credentials are not permitted in the Flash system.
Each access credential must be uniquely assigned to a single monthly parking account to ensure proper access control.
