Express Pay Session Cancellation

If an Autopay User Chooses Not to Pay via Express Pay

If a driver with Autopay enabled decides not to complete their transaction using Express Pay:

  1. The active Express Pay session can be cancelled.
  2. A Transient ticket barcode is issued to the driver.

Using the Transient Ticket

The Transient ticket barcode functions like a regular paper or digital ticket and can be used at:

  • Validation stations – to apply discounts
  • Pedestrian door kiosks – for door access
  • Exit or Pay-on-Foot kiosks – for pay-on-exit

This process ensures that drivers who do not wish to use Express Pay still have full access to all standard payment and access options available at the location

Tap "Help with my parking visit"
Tap "Cancel Session"
Confirm - "Yes, cancel my session"
A transient ticket barcode is provided to use on pedestrian doors or initiate validation or payment at any kiosks.
