Flash Valet: Customer Accounts

Modified on Wed, 28 Aug at 10:23 AM

Customer Accounts is a Valet Prepaid Overnight Module designed for hotel operations. This module allows for payment collection upon arrival, granting the customer in-and-out privileges for the duration of their stay. Payment is processed through the Flash Valet app, which provides visual indicators when the payment and set checkout date have lapsed.

Contact Flash Support at [email protected] to enable this solution.

How it Works

  • Using the Flash Valet app, the valet user scans the ticket barcode to issue a ticket, or select the + button at the top-right corner of the screen to issue a ticket manually.

  • Select the ticket type from the menu or if using ticket ranges the ticket type will be automatically issued

  • Enter ticket details and tap Done.

  • Select the number of nights the guest will be staying.

  • The default rate will be calculated based on the number of nights. Multiple rates can be linked to for selection options.

Issued Tickets

The ticket will remain on the issue screen until the guest retrieves the vehicle or checks out. A Status along with a color code background will be visible based on the following criteria.

When pulling a ticket with the “Owes” status, the Flash Valet app will prompt collect payment for overstayed nights.
