The Codes section of Enforcement allows you to set up different action and offense codes that can be used throughout the mobile app and Management Portal.
Action Codes
Action Codes are used when processing violations within the Management Portal. Users can toggle between active, inactive or all codes.Users can add new action codes below this section by entering an Action Code, a Description and a Result. The result will determine if the violation remains open, closed or waived after the code has been applied.
Select the green plus icon to add your code to the list or select the red x to reset the values back to blank.
You can mark action codes by clicking the checkbox next to the code you would like to edit and then clicking the Make Active or Make Inactive icon below the list.
Offense Codes
Offense Codes are the options that can be selected in the mobile app when an officer is writing a violation. Users have the choice of viewing active, inactive or all.
Users can add new offense codes the same way as action codes by entering an Offense Code, a Description and a Fine. The fine will be the amount that is charged to the offender when a violation is entered.
Use the Make Active or Make Inactive icons below the offense code list to toggle the status of the selected codes.
