Active Accounts

Active accounts are approved parking applications or accounts that were mass uploaded during the onboarding period. Active accounts are considered live accounts and all information is automatically pushed to the integrated PARCS system.

 

Find Accounts

You can use the methods below to find active accounts.

 

Search

Use the search bar in the top right to quickly find an account. You can search by:

  • Group account name or business name (not individual parkers added to the account)
  • Account Email (one email per account)
  • Lot Address (location name or parking facility)
  • Account holder's phone number
  • Start/End Dates
  • Method (Billing Method)
  • Finished SignUp - Yes or No


USE THE PERMIT HOLDERS REPORT TO LOCATE AN ACCOUNT BY INDIVIDUAL PARKER INFORMATION.


 

Sort

Click a column header (Lot Address, Name, Phone, Start/End Date) to sort accounts by the listed column. Click again to toggle ascending or descending.

 

Export Account list

To export a complete or filtered/sorted account list, click one of the options below from under the Active Accounts header.

  • Copy: Copies to clipboard
  • CSV
  • Excel
  • PDF


Manage Accounts

On the left menu click Accounts, then click Edit on an account in the Active Accounts list to open the account details. Each account has the four tabs below, where you can view and edit related information.


Click the tab titles below to proceed to further articles on each topic. 


Profile

Account holder information.


Parking Info

All linked parker profiles to the account.

 

Billing

View or generate invoices and process payments or refunds to open invoices.

 

Advanced

PARCS settings that apply to the account (all parkers) when a PARCS integration is connected.
