Ballparc: How to Reactivate an Event

HOW TO REACTIVATE AN EVENT

OVERVIEW

1. Click the chevron icon in the top left corner of your screen to display the main menu.

2. Hover over the Event icon and select the Events option from the yellow menu.

3. Ensure that your list of events is displaying inactive entries by clicking the purple action icon at the bottom of the screen. Note that inactive events will appear in light grey italicized text.

• If the actions list says Display Inactive Events, select that option to see inactive events appear.
  

  

  
  
• If the actions list says Hide Inactive Events, you are already using the correct view.
  

  

  
  

4. Hold down the Control key (Windows) or the Commandkey (Mac) and select the event(s) to be reactivated.

• After you select an event, the line will turn light yellow to show it is selected.
  

  

  
  
• Continue to hold down the Control or Command key while selecting multiple events to reactivate more than one event at a time.
  

  

  
  

5. Once you have selected the correct event(s), click the purple action icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.

6. Select Reactivate Event from the list of options. A prompt will appear to confirm that you want to reactivate the selected event(s). Click OK to continue.
