HOW TO MANAGE PARKING QUEUES

Queue Views



Use the toggle to switch between queue views to manage the garage operation:



  • Pending View

Shows a list of all vehicles entering the garage that are captured by the automatic vehicle recognition (AVR) camera.

  • Parked View

Shows an inventory list of all vehicles with an open ticket in the garage.

  • Out View

Shows a list of the most recent checked-out vehicles.



Pending View

Pending View shows a list of all vehicles entering the garage that are captured by the automatic vehicle recognition (AVR) camera.


CHECK IN
Select this option to begin the check-in process for a vehicle entry in the queue.
If vehicle information was not captured accurately, select the camera option to retake a LPR photo of the rear of the vehicle. 

If an entry appears twice or there is an error, an entry can be removed from the queue if a reason is provided. 





Parked View

Parked View shows an inventory list of all vehicles with an open ticket in the garage.


Select Review to view vehicle information for an open ticket and add the following:






Out View

Out View shows list of the most recently checked-out vehicles.
