FLASH AR: Add New Accounts

You can create or initiate new customers in the Add Customer tab. Admin users enter basic information, and if the email address is known, the customer will receive an email notification to complete the account information themselves. The Admin user also has the option to enter all account information and push the account to Active Accounts.





Create New Accounts

To add a new account, follow the steps below. If the customer wants to add parker and prefers one invoice, do not use Add Customer, instead add the Parkers to the existing account

 

1. On the left menu, Click Add Customer.

 

2. Enter any known account holder information


  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email (if known)
  • Phone
  • Street Address


3. Complete the Request Info section.

 

  • Company Name: Sets the Business Account name.
  • Optional Notes: Internal notes, only visible by the operator. Notes don’t appear in the notification email to customers.
  • Parking Location: Required to proceed.
  • End Date Unknown: Check if indefinite. If there is an end date, uncheck and select a date from the date selector if the termination date is known.

 

4. Click Save and Email Customer.


If an email was entered the customer will receive an email notification of the newly created account. They can click the second link listed in the email to complete the account details (adding more parkers and provide credit card info).

 

5. The account is now listed in the Pending Requests list on the Accounts Tab. If you were to exit out to the next prompt, the account can be found under Pending Requests. 

 

6. If you have the parker info, follow the prompts to Add the parker information.
