How to clear Orphaned Sessions via Parkonect Admin "Logout"

Description

When an attendant manually opens a gate to vend a driver without scanning their credential, the associated Express Pay session and Parkonect ticket remain in "Open" status. As long as this session remains unresolved, the system will block the driver from initiating any future Express Pay sessions.

  1. The driver’s full name, phone number, and email address.
  2. The driver's vehicle license plate number and the ticket number.
  3. A quick confirmation of what happened at the location so it can be included in a detailed note for the support team.
  4. Contact ParkWhiz Help (help@parkwhiz.com) with the driver’s information.
