Ballparc Locations in Enforcement

Modified on Thu, 12 Oct, 2023 at 4:35 AM

Locations give you a list of all lots that are set up for your company. To view more information about a lot, drill into the site by double-clicking the line of the location you are wanting to open.

Editing a Location

Users must populate all lines of information on the left side of the location pop-up; Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and Capacity are all required.

The Police Non-Emergency No. is populated here, this information will be used if the customer is using Event as well. If only Enforcement is being used, this field is informational.

The Enforcement Manager is an informational dropdown that will need to be populated with the default manager for that location.

The PARIS Location dropdown allows the user to select which of their integrated PARIS locations is associated with this lot. Locations with a PARIS location selected will appear in the application under the Scan Permit section.

The Parkmobile nForce Zone allows users to determine which zone should be correctly associated with the location. Lots with an nForce Zone selected will appear in the application under the Paid Vehicles section.

Lastly, the Digital Iris Region/Group will determine which of these areas is tied to this location. These lots are also listed within the Paid Vehicles section of the Enforcement app.
