Flash Valet: Bulk Key Check In
Valets can expedite the process of inspecting vehicle keys by utilizing the Bulk Key Check-In feature in FlashValet. This functionality allows them to review multiple pending keys at once, bypassing certain steps and enhancing overall workflow efficiency.
How it works
When a new ticket is issued in Flash Valet, a red key icon automatically appears next to the ticket number, signaling that the valet has not yet checked in the vehicle key and requires attention.
Note: The Bulk Key Check-In feature is not a default setting and must be enabled by Flash Support. Please contact support@flashparking.com to enable this option for your location.
While logged into the Flash Valet app, tap the Control tab in the bottom right > select Bulk Key Check-in.
Tap the camera icon in the top right to scan each ticket barcode requiring a Key Check-in. If the app is connected to a laser scanner device, the hardware can also be used to scan each ticket.
Note: Ticket numbers can be typed manually. Tap "Add" and repeat for each ticket.
After scanning all the tickets, tap Done.
The key icon will no longer appear next to tickets and the key check-in alarm won’t be triggered.
